Implemented an anagram checker function with optional case sensitivity.

Learned how Python sorts characters (ASCII vs alphabetical) and the importance of normalizing case.

Yes, an approach involves using list() and comparing each character one by one.

Handling uppercase vs lowercase sorting. Solved by converting inputs to lowercase when case sensitivity is disabled.
