Progress indicator

php-hound should show a progress indicator on each analysis.

It could be done by counting how many files it will analyse and doing a simple % operation.

Using \r to update the same line. What do you think?

@GuidoBR I think that's a great idea!

I am not sure if PHPCS, PHPMD and PHPCPD can give me that information, but I was thinking about running them for each file instead of a whole directory to avoid memory overflow, then I can verify the progress (but not with PHPCPD, which must run in a group of files).

I will work on this soon.
