Use the better maintained `platformdirs` instead of `appdirs`.

@a-detiste out of curiosity, how do you check if the package is retired? There seems no related info here. |

Indeed the metadata have not been fixed because it was assumed that the package is on its short way out. There are two plain bugs though: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?repeatmerged=no&src=appdirs One of those two references all the packages that still need patching. Greetings |
