- LatexTools has bad Build output text, should be more robust to it - Shows the output panel in case of error now, making it possible to use "show_panel_on_build" preference

It may be time to fork this repo in order to get this feature. I still use it and others are asking, but... |

This is based upon the Commit 2e0e7c1 by @jonwingfield, to get disappearing build output panel.
Shows the panel automatically if errors were present in the build.
Adapted the code to support LaTeXTools and their weird build outputs (I sent them a pull request sent for compatibility)
