Fix: Allow opening the sale link after clicking on 'Token Sale Link'

ℹ Overview

• Change texts in the notice in the 'Create Token Sale' section. It's currently the same with the 'Create Token'
• Allow opening the sale link after clicking on 'Token Sale Link'. Currently, it's possible to copy the address only.
• The 'Total For Sale' is not saved and shown until refreshing the page (after updating the sale).
• Fix disconnect button on mobile
• Fix blank page if connected wallet has zero created assets
