Paimon has supported Rest catalog in apache/paimon#4553, which should also support for Paimon Cpp.

Supporting REST Catalog provides a standardized, language-agnostic way to manage metadata, enabling better interoperability across ecosystems. Since related work is underway (#84 @ChaomingZhangCN ), it would be valuable for the owners of both efforts to discuss and align on the interface details to ensure consistency.
