Quiz for every topic

okay so basically , the idea is to keep a quiz after every topic ,for example after showing about for loops , we ask questions based on loops and for loops
The question should be mcq's and maybe fill in the blanks as well
we could make the questions as cards , so after one question , the card moves on to the next, maybe put in a bit of animation as well

the cards should somewhat look like this , inside this there should be :

a forward button
a backward button
a question and 4 options
the card should hover as well
it should be compatible on mobile and desktops
