Add options firstDay and showNumberOfDays

It might be useful to add two options:

• firstDay: the first day that will be shown on the calendar
• showNumberOfDays: number of days to display

I'd also like to have a firstDay property so I could set the calendar to start on Monday (as per our design requirements)

Hey @mako87 thanks for this suggestion. We just released 0.5.0 which will let you choose the starting day of the week.
