Dashboard App Not Available

When trying to see the available apps in the Amahi app, I'm unable to see the Dashboard app if no other app is available. But as soon as I install another app, I'm able to see the Dashboard app along with other apps.

Case 1
When no other app is installed

Case 2
When some other app is installed

I faced this issue in Amahi 11 and Amahi 12 both.
