Internal Anchor Link failure: navigating through readme

**Describe the bug**
Internal links within the file not working

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to the deployed website
2. Click on any of the links in table of content
3. It won't move to the link

**Expected behavior**
When click on an internal anchor link, should automatically take you there
