Bug: GitHub integration isn't showing as connected

🐛 Bug Description

Summary: GitHub integration isn't showing as connected.
I gave it permissions for specific repositories, and it never called back to the ambient platform.
Also, it is still showing as disconnected on the platform.

Expected Behavior: What you expected to happen.
Github integration connected when the Github app has sufficient permissions

Actual Behavior: What actually happened.
Needs to connect

🔄 Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to 'Integrations'
2. Click on 'Connect Github App'
3. Give permissions to a specific repo
4. Check the Github integration status
