ALTER TABLE does not specify schema

The Alter table does not specify the schema when adding constraints.

ALTER TABLE member_stats
  ADD CONSTRAINT member_stats_pkey PRIMARY KEY (id); 

Should be

ALTER TABLE form.member_stats
  ADD CONSTRAINT member_stats_pkey PRIMARY KEY (id);

Postgres 9.6 on both sides
In fact, in many places the schema is not indicated.
Seems like schema was not taken into account.
