Could /test folder be moved out to root dir?

Hi there, first time creating an issue for a project. 

It's more a question rather than a real issue with the code itself. Coming from a Java background I saw that the /test folder is inside /server alongside the sources and I found myself asking if it could be moved to its parent without any problem, could it? I think so but just asking to be sure.
