Update #25

Add uid and username to each pid returned by getGPUProcesses
Replaced subprocess.Popen for subprocess.run as is the recommended approach in Python docs.

Furthermore ``run`` will take care of the utf8 encoding.

Access throuhg ``uid`` and ``uname`` properties in ``GPUProcess``.
