Commit VS project file from AD3 #41

Hi All,
The Visual Studio project file found in "vsproject/" requires the dependencies in "dep/" to be compiled first. However, the VS project file for the AD3 dependency is missing. Can the VS project file for that dependency be added to this project?
I also check the AD3 github and it isn't there either.
Probably I can make my own solution and add the correct options to compile AD3, but it would be very useful if it was distributed with this project. Especially because the recommended Windows installation method requires it.
