Feature Requested: Add skills for updated with latest material version

I think it would be good to write a skill that migrates projects using Material2 or Material3 to follow the latest Material3 dependencies.

There's no skills for that yet, although Android CLI comes with the Knowledge Base that includes a M2->M3 migration guide. You can try "Migrate to Material 3, check the docs"
