T-17: Accessibility pass — VoiceOver across multi-window UX

Description

Verify VoiceOver navigation across multiple project windows, focus management when the prompt sheet appears, and accessibility labels on menu items (Open Recent, Open Projects). Close any identified gaps.

Acceptance Criteria

• VoiceOver announces "project X window" for each window
• Prompt sheet is fully keyboard-accessible (Tab navigation between buttons + checkbox)
• Menu items in Open Recent / Open Projects have meaningful accessibility labels including the project path
• Manual test: full flow — open project → switch project with prompt → close → reopen — using only VoiceOver
