Limit line spacing to 1

SUGGESTION whenever we run ng g COMMAND THING it inconsistently either creates 1 or 2 empty lines below the imports. Found in a few other places too (e.g. specs). It should be 1 for consistency. Some linters dont like the double empty lines.

HANS - I agree. Let's set 1 if the styleguide is okay with it.
