feature: disable --mobile

The --mobile flag need the angular-universal package and it has yet to be updated for Angular RC5. Since we'll generate apps that are compatible with Angular RC5 soon, we don't want to block a CLI release on angular-universal. The mobile team is aware and they're okay with this decision.

i'm so happy for the migration to Webpack 2, the edit-compile-reload cycle is faster than systemjs.
do you have a guesstimate for when will this feature be re-added?
I can't wait to start creating Angular 2 progressive web apps with offline support & server-side rendering with Angular universal.
I want to start with using this flag in order to set up everything with the best conventions, practices and standards.

@hansl Can we get the --mobile flag re-enabled now? Hasn't Angular Universal been on ng2 RC5 and up for almost 2 months?

on Google IO in May, you guys showed off a working demo of a progressive web app with a App shell and a service worker, generated with the cli, (back then) with the broccoli build system.
I've been watching Jeff's & Alex's GitHub activity making some progress on the mobile toolkit, and making couple demos in the past two weeks..
I really hope to see this feature in RC0. 🙂
