TypeScript 3.9 broke using CommonJS as goog.module in two ways:
void 0assignment for all exportsObject.defineProperty(exports, ...)for re-exported bindingsThese changes fix real problems with CommonJS, but have no impact when using Closure Compiler. With this change tsickle rewrites the new export style to work with goog.module.
