Request add support for qwen3.5-plus model (Alibaba Cloud/DashScope) #930
Description
Alibaba Cloud has recently released a new model qwen3.5-plus which is available via their DashScope API. However, this model is not yet listed in the models.dev database.

- Model ID: qwen3.5-plus (API name: qwen3.5-plus)
- Provider: alibaba-cn (Alibaba Cloud / DashScope)

The model is already accessible via the DashScope API for users who have enabled it.
Please add the qwen3.5-plus model definition to the providers/alibaba-cn/models/ directory.
