Describe the enhancement you want to request

Issue:
In the model selection, the models in Recent list are filtered out from the provider specific model list, since recent list is dynamic, when trying to look for all the available model in a provider, it can cause confusion and might not be needed by all the users.

my proposed solution:
Add a toggle button to toggle recent which persists across sessions, and those who like can keep it on and those who don't can keep it off (will be on by default)

what about favorites:
since this are user defined, I think it's fine to keep it, open to suggestions
