[FEATURE]: OpenCode Desktop should have `Copy` button at the bottom, not top

Describe the enhancement you want to request

There is no reason to have the copy button at the top.

I am using sub-agents (orchestrator primary agent that calls 2 sub-agents but soon will be 2-10 sub-agents) which give me output that is 500-2000 lines long and I have to scroll all the way up to copy it. This is not what I want.

Just see how Grok (or even T3 which has Copy button that shows up on hover only) does it as it has the best UI/UX for a chat application. Either provide it below the prompt like Grok does or bottom-right so I can copy the results.

And i also think there should be a scroll to top button as the output gets lengthy, it takes a lot of time to scroll up. CMD + UP arrow doesn't work.
