[BUG]: Desktop: Sessions don't update on project change.

Description

From the webui, when changing from one project to another, the related sessions don't update when clicking on another project. A hard refresh is needed on the browser for the sessions to correctly update.

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch opencode web
2. Open 2 projects with at least 1 session on each
3. Switch between projects on the web ui, session will to update to the new projects'

same here, seems the project not tested before release? AND i can't disable the webui auto update.
