OpenCode Desktop Update Stays Hidden in the Dock After Doing Latest Update #13700

Description
When I update OpenCode desktop app, it used to show when the update has been done and the window was focused.
Now the window remains in the dock only. So either I have to click or open it via Raycast.

- Install latest update
- See it remain in dock
This has been happening from the last 5-10 releases consistently.
