TUI lacks quick keyboard toggle for thinking/reasoning block visibility

Problem

In the TUI, there is no quick keyboard shortcut to toggle thinking/reasoning block visibility. Users must navigate menus, which interrupts flow during active sessions.

Expected behavior

Provide a keyboard shortcut (e.g., Ctrl+i) to quickly toggle thinking block visibility inline while reading a session turn.

Scope

• TUI component behavior only
• No backend/session protocol changes required
