Inaccurate TUI tips

Description

A few tips in the TUI are outdated or incorrect:

• /theme should be /themes
• maxSteps config option should be steps
• /details command doesn't exist

2. Wait for a tip to cycle in the TUI status bar
3. Observe tips referencing /theme (should be /themes), maxSteps (should be steps), and /details (command doesn't exist)
