TUI doesn't show what user types. Text is invisible

Description

When typing text in the TUI, the text is invisible, but still submitted correctly.

Running via:

COLORTERM=truecolor opencode

Does not help.

Tried changing the Terminal fonts and sizes. Does not help.

My terminal window is not small, zoomed to fill the screen.

3. The characters typed are not visible

The issue does not occur when running opencode inside a Zed terminal panel. Only seemed to be happening in macOS Terminal.
