Feature Request: Request delay setting

I've been lurk-following the discussions on the Cerebras discord about agentic use and Cerebras time-window limiting, one suggestion given on there was:

You need to set a manual 4 second delay between each request. Not sure if OpenCode gives you that option?

It would be neat if Opencode could introduce this functionality if not already present.
