database is locked

Description

Hi,
When I am working on some project (from multiple terminals on the same project at the same time running different models) , one of them stopped working with error "database is locked" .. Not sure if it's related to concurrency work?

Steps to reproduce

Not sure if it's totally reproducible this way:

1. start multiple terminal
2. fire opencode on the same project
3. run sessions on all of them, let them work for few minutes
4. I got database is locked error and one is stopped execution.
