These issues describe similar problem. All of them are closed, and one even have a PR attached that supposedly fix the issue. However the problem still persists in the latest version v1.3.13.

Yeah I am able to reproduce this issue. On logging the error I gott this in the response

responseBody: "{\"detail\":\"Instructions are required\"}",

So It is related to those previous errors, and I might have a fix based on how the logic for openai oauth login works from normal llm textStreaming.
