PATCH /config uses wrong config file

Description

PATCH /config endpoint saves the configuration to the wrong file: $PWD/config.json. AFAIK that file is not used to load the configuration.

I can fix this, I just need to know which file to save it to: $PWD/opencode.json or $PWD/.opencode/opencode.json.

Hi @veracioux , thank you for fixing it. I am also encounting the same issue. However, even I upgrade to the latest version 1.0.134, the issue still exist. I am wondering when this will be merged and fixed. Thank you
