[FEATURE]: Add Arabic Language Support to the Desktop App

Describe the enhancement you want to request

The application currently supports multiple languages but is missing support for Arabic. This issue tracks the work to introduce full Arabic localization, including translation files for both the main application and UI components, as well as updating the language configuration to recognize and support the ar locale.
