What does this PR do?

This PR bumps nixpkgs input in flake.lock to get bun 1.3.9 from nixpkgs. This fixes #13300

How did you verify your code works?

I ran nix run .# inside my clone and opencode built and started properly

Why does the nix hash job not handle this automatically?

I dont know enough about it

If referring to .github/workflows/nix-hashes.yml, I presume it's because that job updates the hash of the node_modules that nix needs to "pin" the contents' versions (which needs to happens when bun dependencies are updated) while the flake.lock pins nixpkgs which is more like a "distro" lock. I might be wrong though, just trying to infer the author's intention.

I'm not sure it's a good idea to conflate both updates on same job but I can submit a PR with a similar job to run nix flake update to bump all flake inputs (including nixpkgs), run nix flake check to build and run tests and commit the resulting flake.lock if everything peachy. wdyt?

Sounds good to me I guess, for all the nix stuff it's fairly community run by people like giga ^^ and others so I'd like to hear others opinions too.
