Resolves merge conflicts in message-timeline.tsx (kept onErrorRetry handler with upstream's structure) and sdk.gen.ts (kept Steer class). Also fixes pre-existing handleLinkClick bug in message-part.tsx where the function definition was removed but its reference was kept (anomalyco#15978).
