This PR introduces a new way to integrate with Github PRs using Reviewers:
Doing some research unfortunately it seems it's not possible to show a Github App on this list, it seems github copilot is special, but if we create a team, we can have a pretty cool UX to trigger OpenCode to review instead of using comments, also re-trigger when updates happens.
If you used copilot integration you will know what i'm talking about.
