Resolves #5035. In this PR, similarly to how the
command_listtitles forShow thinking blocks/Hide thinking blocksandShow tool details/Hide tool detailsis dynamically updated according to their current state, the same behaviour is now given to the console toggling command as well-, which now appears as eitherShow consoleorHide console, depending on its current state.
