[BUG] Team Agent Error: Sibling tool call errored

What's Wrong?

When I asked CLaude Code to review the implementation it made with Team agents I try to ask or prompt it to

"Please review your current implementation and use Team agent and critique it"

And then it shows this error. Though it seems to do something else to workaround for that

What Should Happen?

It should be able to read or get the feedback from other team members without Sibling tool call errored

same here, claude code especiall on windows, is absolutely horrible. webfetch doesnt work alsoways and hangs, and this "Error: Sibling tool call errored" nerves either.

However, claude code on Linux or MacOS works for me absolutely perfect. But on them i get rarely "Error: Sibling tool call errored" either.
-> Restarting claude code fixes the error, but it nerves to restart always to fix the issue.
