AskUserQuestion Tool Regression with --dangerously-skip-permissions

I'm seeing this regression with --dangerously-skip-permissions on Windows in Claude Code v2.1.63

Same problem with me but different scene:

Scenario: use --dangerously-skip-permissions

WHEN use AskUserQuestion tools
THEN AskUserQuestion not work:

just like above

Scenario: not use --dangerously-skip-permissions

WHEN use AskUserQuestion tools
THEN AskUserQuestion work well.

Found 3 possible duplicate issues:

1. AskUserQuestion auto-completes without user input in acceptEdits permission mode #29618
2. AskUserQuestion tool completes without user input, returning empty answer #29733
3. AskUserQuestion tool frequently returns blank/empty answers #30207

I asked Claude Code to test the AskUserQuestion tool on its own and it was fine, but was specifically seeing this when using the metaprompting tool Get Shit Done, users are reporting it there as well
