feat: smart way to detect new assets

• The UI should be able to automatically add new tokens from Pendle, trusting the official Pendle API
• The TokenIcon component should fetch the token
• The list should somehow be added to the supportedTokens list, so they can show up for users who hasn't toggled "show unknown assets"
