Update JS packages to latest versions 

**Description**

We have very outdated Javascript dependencies  in our webserver with potentially a lot of vulnerabilities. 

Both `master` and `v1-10-test` should be upgraded. 

**Use case / motivation**

The .js packges in yarn.lock have not been updated for a while. They already contain a lot of vulnerabilities and we should upgrade and test them.
