- This PR switches unit tests for oss operator and oss sensor in alibaba-provider to use mocks instead of real OSS, as discussed in Switch Alibaba tests to use Mocks #17617
- Once the commits are merged, all unit tests in alibaba-provider will use mocks and there will be no need to connect to real OSS. Testing stability issue will be resolved.
- This PR closes: Switch Alibaba tests to use Mocks #17617
