This PR replaces the "downgrade/upgrade/offline" tests bash scripts with "breeze shell" commands doing the same. Thus we should be able to remove all the remnants of "ci/libraries" and bash scripts from "scripts/ci". There are couple of shell scripts left after that change, but those that are left are probably fine to remain. This PR completes Breeze conversion to Python 🎉 🎉 🎉 🎉 🎉 🎉 🎉 🎉 🎉 🎉 🎉 @Bowrna @edithturn @eladkal Note, that it is based on #26612 so only look at the last commit (and we need to merge #26612 first). |

This one removes last remaining downgrade/upgrade scripts to use pure python Breeze. Thsi also removes the whole "libraries" folder from our repo, together with a number of common libraries left.

This one removes last remaining downgrade/upgrade scripts to use pure python Breeze. Thsi also removes the whole "libraries" folder from our repo, together with a number of common libraries left. (cherry picked from commit 803d498)
