This PR donates the following
LivyOperatorwith a deferrable mode that wraps the Apache Livy batch REST API, allowing submission of a Spark application to the underlying cluster asynchronously. This was developed in astronomer-providers repo to apache airflow.cc: @kaxil @phanikumv
