This PR is a follow up of #31135. It had been decided to split #31135 in multiple PRs to make it easier to review. This PR scope is the providers only. However, some of the providers are not included in this PR to make it easier to review it. These other providers have their own dedicated PR:

In case of fundamental code changes, an Airflow Improvement Proposal (AIP) is needed.

{pr_number}.significant.rstor{issue_number}.significant.rst, in newsfragments.
