There was a bug in bumping provider version as we introduced alternative to bumping versions (#48249) while generating provider docs yday. While bumping major / minor, it didnt account for the other indices. Example: 4.2.1 and a bump for feature should be 4.3.0, not 4.3.1
Added test cases that fixes it too.
