Python 3.8 was EOL on October 7, 2024 : https://devguide.python.org/versions/

It has already been dropped on main via #42766. This does the same for 2.11

Dockerfile Dockerfile.ci clients/python/ (still on 3.8), Install instructions docker test, constraints links, is that intentional to remain in 3.8 ?

Yeah. Dockerfile + few docs and .yaml files :)

Oh, cool.... My PR from a couple of months ago was auto closed as 2.11 was so far out. Hope it took not much long time to re-invent the wheel.
