Same as previous one #41411
Update the default version of git-sync https://github.com/kubernetes/git-sync/releases used by the chart.

@eladkal it would be nice to have a little bit of a PR description otherwise its hard to tell the motivation to do so looking at the code directly. Could you please update that?

Same as previous one #41411
We update the default version of git-sync https://github.com/kubernetes/git-sync/releases used by the chart.

Yeah, I agree with the fix, was just commenting that we should fill in the PR description when possible
