Why

As [DISCUSS] Drop LogTemplate DB Model for ElasticsearchTaskHandler in Airflow 3 pointed out, we should drop LogTemplate model in Airflow 3 to

  1. decouple ES/ OS providers with Airflow-Core
  2. fix the ES/ OS TaskHandler in the Airflow 3 security model

What

  • Remove LogTemplate model from Airflow Core
  • Add compatible check for ES/ OS TaskHandler

TODO:

  • add significant file: that LogTemplate will be remove in 3.2.0
  • update ES/OS docs
