[JS] Flaky javascript unittest

While the error is flaky it occurs pretty often, it would be nice to have fixed.

Attached a screenshot from the 7.0.0RC1 verification tasks where all of the builds fail due to this issue.

Just guessing here that the issue originates from https://github.com/apache/arrow/blob/master/js/test/unit/generated-data-tests.ts#L57 since I'm unable to reproduce it locally and the error trace doesn't contain the test case.
